Facilities

Palace on Wheels train comprises of 14 coaches, reflecting the royal ambience of the princely states. The cabins were therefore named after the places of the state. Each of these coaches have 4 cabins, well equipped with all modern amenities like air-condition, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connectivity, writing or dressing table and many others.

The train also has 2 restaurant cars, a bar stocked with beverages and spirits, a lounge and a wellness section for the guests to feel pampered.

Dining & Lounge

The two well-furnished restaurant of this luxury train are called Maharaja and Maharani, which are traditionally decorated in Rajasthani style giving the royal feel of past. Both the restaurants serve multiple cuisines including Indian and international cuisines to suit the preferences of the travelers.

It also includes a bar from where the guests can choose liquors according to their taste from the wide range of collection. If the guests wish to have quality time then the lounge area is recommended for them to recline, reading books or journals or whatever they like.
